Fay Interior Design is a Sydney based interior design practice dedicated to creating warm, refined and enduring environments across residential and boutique workplace projects.

Led by interior designer Rachel Fay, our studio combines intuitive warmth with architectural clarity, balancing sensory experience, functionality and material integrity. We believe interiors should be deeply attuned to the people who inhabit them, quietly supporting everyday life with a sense of ease, comfort and lasting quality.

Rachel brings over a decade of experience across residential and commercial design, underpinned by a Bachelor of Interior Architecture (Hons) from UNSW and certification as a Passive House Designer.

Her work centres on atmosphere, wellbeing and the quiet power of thoughtful design, creating spaces that feel grounded, considered and uplifting.

Based on the Northern Beaches, we work with clients across Sydney and the surrounding regions.
