Fay Interior Design is a Sydney based interior design practice dedicated to creating warm, refined and enduring environments across residential and boutique workplace projects.

Led by interior designer Rachel Fay, the studio brings together intuitive warmth and architectural clarity, balancing sensory experience, functionality and material integrity. We believe interiors should be deeply attuned to the people who inhabit them, quietly supporting everyday life with a sense of ease, comfort, and lasting quality.

Rachel brings over a decade of experience across residential and commercial design, underpinned by a Bachelor of Interior Architecture (Hons) from UNSW and certification as a Passive House Designer. This technical foundation informs a thoughtful approach to light, comfort and material selection, supporting spaces that feel as good as they look.

Her work centres on atmosphere, bespoke joinery and considered sourcing, creating interiors that feel grounded, layered and uplifting.

Based on the Northern Beaches, the studio works with clients across Sydney and the surrounding regions.
